At times, facing our fears or healing from painful experiences can feel overwhelming. You may find yourself stuck—exhausted from holding it all together on the outside while struggling silently within. Perhaps you want to feel better but aren’t sure where to begin. Even the idea of starting therapy might feel daunting, as if it’s yet another hurdle to overcome.

The good news is, therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you’re supported by a compassionate, attuned therapist, treatment can feel safe, empowering, and paced in a way that respects your readiness. My goal is to create that kind of space—a space where healing unfolds gently and effectively, always within your window of tolerance.

As a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapist, I integrate mind–body approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw on evidence-based modalities to help clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, and stress. My strength-based approach aims to support you in releasing old wounds and replacing unwanted emotional patterns with healthier, more adaptive ones that foster long-term change.

I am also pleased to offer NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and qEEG as non-invasive, FDA-approved technologies that supports brain and nervous system regulation. These methods can be particularly helpful for ADHD, Autism, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and overall emotional resilience.

With over 14 years of experience in mental health—across university counselling centres, immigrant support services, and trauma recovery settings—I have worked with diverse individuals navigating emotional distress, acculturation stress, and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. I hold two master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Counselling Psychology from respected universities in Canada and Iran.

Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or continuing on your path, I invite you into a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
