Compassionate, Holistic, and Empowering Support for Lasting Change

There are times in life when moving forward feels impossible. Perhaps you’re carrying pain, grief, or fear from past experiences that feel like they never truly ended. Even if the events are long behind you, the emotional impact may still feel fresh—trapped in your body and mind, showing up in your relationships, work, or even your sleep. You may feel stuck in a cycle of just trying to hold it together on the outside, while silently suffering on the inside.

You might want to “get better,” but you’re unsure where to begin—or even if therapy can help. Maybe it all feels like just one more overwhelming task on your already heavy plate. I want you to know: that’s okay. It’s normal to feel cautious or unsure. What matters most is taking that first step, and finding a therapist who sees you, hears you, and walks beside you at your own pace.

As a Registered Psychologist with specialized training in trauma-informed care, I provide a culturally sensitive and holistic approach that integrates both mind and body. I believe that healing is not about pushing through pain, but gently reconnecting with your inner strength and resilience. I combine evidence-based methods like EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), clinical hypnosis, IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out), and neurofeedback to support healing at both the emotional and nervous system levels.

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or stress, our work together will be grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. You’ll never be rushed or pressured—our work will stay within the window of what you can emotionally tolerate. I will walk with you at your pace, always respecting your boundaries and inner wisdom.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood in our sessions. My style is warm, intuitive, and gently empowering. I help you access your strengths, shift long-standing patterns, and discover new, healthier ways of being—without judgment or shame.

In our sessions, you’ll find a calm and respectful space to explore the parts of you that have been hidden or hurting. Together, we’ll work toward restoring emotional balance, fostering self-compassion, and moving from survival to thriving. If you’ve been feeling exhausted from carrying it all alone, I’m here to help you carry it differently.

Healing is possible. You don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s begin this journey, together.

At times, facing our fears or healing from painful experiences can feel overwhelming. You may find yourself stuck—exhausted from holding it all together on the outside while struggling silently within. Perhaps you want to feel better but aren’t sure where to begin. Even the idea of starting therapy might feel daunting, as if it’s yet another hurdle to overcome.

The good news is, therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you’re supported by a compassionate, attuned therapist, treatment can feel safe, empowering, and paced in a way that respects your readiness. My goal is to create that kind of space—a space where healing unfolds gently and effectively, always within your window of tolerance.

As a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapist, I integrate mind–body approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw on evidence-based modalities to help clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, and stress. My strength-based approach aims to support you in releasing old wounds and replacing unwanted emotional patterns with healthier, more adaptive ones that foster long-term change.

I am also pleased to offer NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and qEEG as non-invasive, FDA-approved technologies that supports brain and nervous system regulation. These methods can be particularly helpful for ADHD, Autism, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and overall emotional resilience.

With over 14 years of experience in mental health—across university counselling centres, immigrant support services, and trauma recovery settings—I have worked with diverse individuals navigating emotional distress, acculturation stress, and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. I hold two master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Counselling Psychology from respected universities in Canada and Iran.

Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or continuing on your path, I invite you into a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
